My 3rd Hans Zimmer Concert
I became a fan of Hans Zimmer’s after I saw The Dark Knight . A dark, booming, brooding, dramatic orchestral score. I was hooked. I didn’t start attending any of his concerts until I actually learned he’d been touring and playing his music for some years now. My first Hans concert was in 2024, here in Georgia, and since then, I’ve been trying to hear is music live whenever I can. The most recent concert I attended - World of Hans Zimmer - does not actually feature the maestro but he was there in spirit, with the conductor “interacting” with a video of him on stage… One of the players on the duduk during Dune: Part 2 , one of my favorite Hans scores. The maestro, on screen, playing the piano section of "Time", a track from Inception . It was beautiful.
